0254936bb2 Update Dependencies (#2440) 
- Use latest Node
- Update GitHub Action
- Update NDK
- Update Gradle
- Update Cargo dependencies
- Remove unused dependencies
- Remove unnecessary build tools version (AGP handles it now)

No issues too far, since there is no major changes, i don't think there
will be issue.

Clippy passes fine on my end, new version of `nom` dependency causes
issues.
