kernel: Bump susfs binary version to 1.5.12

- Removed functionally coupled versions 1.5.10-1.5.11

- Removed `statusMagicMount` status retrieval

- Use `getSuSFSFeatures` to replace `CMD_GET_SUSFS_FEATURE_STATUS` for obtaining SUSFS status.
